Support Forums 10/5/2011

Many companies have support forums. Many of these companies only have forums for paid customers. One in particular is a template company. You can only post on the support forum if you are a paid customer. I disagree with this. Anyone should be able to sign up for a support forum. I work for a company who is the paid customer. I shouldn't have to use the company account to post questions and request support. I should be able to have my own account.
