People not paying attention could get someone killed

Ordered a taco with no beans and no meat, specifically said lettuce, cheese, tomato ONLY. Reiterated no meat at the end of the order. Pull around to collect our food, and the girl restates our order: "blah blah blah taco no meat", then gave Mike a weird, disgusted, "are you serious" look. Get home and ready to enjoy my salad in a taco shell: beans. Thank you [insert lack of education comment here] taco bell workers. Lettuce, cheese, and tomato ONLY does indeed mean, I want beans. But only when prefaced with no beans.
